Tooth whitening is a process where the dentist bleaches the patient�s teeth till the natural color comes through. This can be done with cosmetic products such as �BriteSmile� and others that are available in the market or through surgery. Surgery is recommended only for those with strong and healthy gums and teeth and the procedure involves the bleaching agent being applied on the teeth and the ultraviolet radiation being passed through to each tooth individually.
