David Archibald, the founder of ARF; Elinor Caplan, Ontario\'s Minister of Health; Dr. Fred Glaser, Editor of the Institute of Medicine\'s Broadening the Base of Treatment for Alcohol Problems; MPP Ken Black, head of the 1988 Task Force on Illegal Drugs in Ontario; and Stephen Glenn, White House honored speaker on prevention.\n\nStanton was described as follows in the ARF Journal: \n\nClinical and social psychologist Dr. Stanton Peele has been a leading scholar in the addiction field since the publication of his book Love and Addiction.
