Herzlich willkommen auf den Internetseiten der Neurologischen Klinik Suche: Klinik Forschung Lehre Aktuelles Patienteninformation Mitarbeiter International Patients Sitemap | Startseite des Klinikums Herzlich willkommen auf den Internetseiten der Neurologischen Klinik\n\nWir möchten Ihnen auf diesen Web-Seiten unsere Arbeit in der Krankenversorgung, in der Forschung und in der Lehre an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München vorstellen, Ihnen die Kontaktaufnahme zu uns erleichtern und Sie über unsere Patientenangebote und Veranstaltungen informieren.\n\n \n\n \n\nIn der Neurologischen Klinik und Poliklinik arbeiten auf dem Campus Großhadern über 350 Personen in Gebäuden der Klinik und im Neurologischen Forschungshaus. Am Standort Innenstadt sind im Friedrich-Baur-Institut - spezialisiert auf neuromuskuläre Erkrankungen - und im Neurologischen Konsiliardienst ca. 50 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.\n\nUnsere ambulante und stationäre Krankenversorgung deckt das gesamte Spektrum neurologischer Erkrankungen ab.

\n\n \n\nDer Schwerpunkt der Forschung liegt auf dem Gebiet der Sensomotorik, hier werden grundlagen- und anwendungsorientierte Probleme der Wahrnehmung,  der Orientierung und  der Bewegung des Körpers im Raum bearbeitet. Darüber hinaus beschäftigen sich selbstständige Forschungsgruppen mit neurobiologischen Fragestellungen zur Physiologie des Nervensystems, zur Neuroinfektion,  zur Neuroimmunität und zur Neurogenetik. Zentren verschiedener nationaler und internationaler Forschungsverbünde sind in unserer Klinik lokalisiert.\n\nIn der Lehre übernehmen wir Aufgaben in der Ausbildung von Studierenden der Humanmedizin, der Psychiatrie und der Psychologie. Wir engagieren uns in der nationalen und internationalen Graduiertenausbildung von Medizinern, Naturwissenschaftlern und Ingenieuren sowie in der Aus- und Fortbildung von Ärzten und Wissenschaftlern.
